Winemaking is the set of techniques and knowledge related to what is done in the winery for the production and aging of wine.

This term refers to the manufacture, production, process, and aging of wine as a final product.

Winemaking is the set of techniques and knowledge for wine production.

It is common to often confuse the difference between viticulture and winemaking, so it is important to distinguish the two concepts clearly.

Viticulture is the production of the vineyard, the phase where it is essential to cultivate the plantations with great care.

Winemaking, as previously mentioned, is the process of making wine.

There is also vitiviniculture, an activity that ranges from grape cultivation to wine production.

There are different varieties of grapes in the world, and not all of them can be used to make wine.

A suitable grape for winemaking must meet at least these two parameters:

  1. It must have a thick skin, as this is a fundamental element from which most of the aromas come.
  2. Size is also important; wine grapes are usually small in size.

Wine is still considered the nectar created by the gods, a beverage surrounded by a mysterious and intoxicating aura.

This drink is present at both grand celebrations and during illness processes. It is also widely used in facial and body aesthetics.
